This competition was held Saturday, May 8, 1999. These finalists will compete against winners from other United States regions in the United States Inter-Regional Highland Dance Championships in Portland, OR, on Saturday, July 18, 1999. The winners of that event will be U.S. Champions in their respective age groups.

Premier Class: 11 and under

Premier Class: 13 and under
