The Ben Ali Temple Pipes and Drums of Sacramento was organized in 1987 to help raise money to support the Shrine Crippled Childrens' Hospital. The band meets every Wednesday evening at the Activities Building at 6262 Marysville Blvd. in Sacramento. The band is under the direction of Adjutant Jeff Olwell, Pipe Major Bob Olwell, and Drum Major Harry Steele. The band wears the Moden Douglas tartan.
