    Highlandnet's Ad Policy

Ordinarily a website would extract tribute from advertisers in return for showing a link. The logic is: they're making money off us, so we'll make some money off them.

    But not HighlandNet!

    Our listings are free!

  • No threatening phone calls!

  • No collection agencies!

  • No property liens or garnishments!

  • No knuckle-draggers with baseball bats!

  • No offers you can't refuse!

It's simple! Send an e-mail to HighlandNet and request a listing. Sorry, no telephone numbers or slogans. Just send us just the link and a brief sentence telling about your product or service. We'll include a link to your site at no charge.

BUT: we will offer an opportunity for you to help support HighlandNet.

Maintaining a website since 1996 (which we've done) has cost several thousand dollars over the years. And prices are going up every day. Right now, a month of HighlandNet costs us around $125- and there are disturbing rumors the tab might be on the way up very soon.
So, if you want to help keep us keep chugging along, you're more than welcome to send along a small token of your appreciation. There's no set amount: if you believe HighlandNet is enhancing your presence on the Internet and is beneficial to your business, or if you just want to help out, send any amount you feel is appropriate. Or, if you like us but don't feel lending a helping hand is in the cards for you, that's OK too. A 'thanks' e-mail is always welcome. (We also cheerfully accept criticism and insults...)
Anything you want to send should go to:
